Call to Worship

Prayer of the Day (In Unison)

Come, Lamb of God, light our path as we gather today. Open the gates of our minds and our hearts that your word may penetrate to the depth of our being. Lead us to the river of the water of life And refresh us for the work you have set for us. Sit us down under the tree of life And let us rejoice in the diversity of its fruit and witness to the healing of nations. Show us your glory, Sovereign One as we come to worship you. Amen.

Here I Am To Worship

Verse 1

Light of the world
You stepped down into darkness
Opened my eyes let me see
Beauty that made
This heart adore You
Hope of a life spent with You

Chorus

So here I am to worship
Here I am to bow down
Here I am to say that You’re my God
And You’re altogether lovely
Altogether worthy
Altogether wonderful to me

Verse 2

King of all days
Oh so highly exalted
Glorious in heaven above
Humbly You came
To the earth You created
All for love’s sake became poor

Bridge

And I’ll never know how much it cost
To see my sin upon that cross
And I’ll never know how much it cost
To see my sin upon that cross

A New Hallelujah

Can you hear there’s a new song
Breaking out from the children of freedom
Ev’ry race and ev’ry nation
Sing it out sing a new hallelujah yeah

Let us sing love to the nations
Bringing hope of the grace that has freed us
Make it known and make Him famous
Sing it out sing a new hallelujah yeah

Chorus

Arise let the church (song) arise
Let love reach to the other side
Alive come alive
Let the song arise

Verse 3

Africa sings a new song
Reaching out with a new hallelujah
Ev’ry son and ev’ry daughter
Ev’ryone sing a new hallelujah

Yeah (yeah)
Let the song arise
(Let the song arise)

New Wine

Verse

In the crushing in the pressing
You are making new wine
In the soil I now surrender
You are breaking new ground
(You are breaking new ground)

Pre-Chorus

So I yield to You and to Your careful hand
When I trust You I don’t need to understand

Chorus

(So) Make me Your vessel
Make me an offering
Make me whatever You want me to be
(God) I came here with nothing
But all You have given me
Jesus bring new wine out of me

Tag

Jesus bring new wine out of me
Jesus bring new wine out of me

Bridge

‘Cause where there is new wine
There is new power
There is new freedom
And the kingdom is here
I lay down my old flames
To carry Your new fire today

Love Like This

Verse 1

When I am a wasteland
You are the water
When I am the winter
You are the fire
That burns

Verse 2

When I am a long night
You are the sunrise
When I am a desert
You are the river
That turns to find me

Chorus 1

What have I done to deserve love like this
What have I done to deserve love like this

Verse 3

Your voice like a whisper
Breaking the silence
You say there’s a treasure
You look ’til You find it
You search to find me

Chorus 2

What have I done to deserve love like this
What have I done to deserve love like this
I cannot earn what You so freely give
What have I done to deserve love like this

Bridge

Rescue

Verse 1

You are not hidden
There’s never been a moment
You were forgotten
You are not hopeless
Though you have been broken
Your innocence stolen

Pre-Chorus

I hear you whisper underneath your breath
I hear your SOS your SOS

Chorus 1

I will send out an army to find you
In the middle of the darkest night it’s true
I will rescue you

Verse 2

There is no distance
That can not be covered
Over and over
You’re not defenseless
I’ll be your shelter
I’ll be your armor

Chorus 2

I will never stop marching to reach you
In the middle of the hardest fight it’s true
I will rescue you

Bridge

I hear the whisper underneath your breath
I hear you whisper you have nothing left
